Send another person to attend in your place. Please notify us of the new attendee's name and contact details no later than one week prior to the Retreat to allow us time to make any necessary changes to your registration.
Refund requests received on or before 30 days prior to the Retreat will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
For reservation cancellations made in less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the $250 deposit will not be refunded if the spot cannot be filled. If the spot is filled, the $250 deposit (less an administration fee of $50) will be refunded. All substitution and refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address that is linked to the registration. Please allow 4-7 days for processing of all substitution and cancellation requests. If you preregistered to hold your space, your balance must be paid in full 30 days before your retreat. All registrations after the early-bird date must be paid in full at the time of registration.
